Improved Search

Full-text search across all your collections, with filters for property values and support for saved searches. Find any item instantly, no matter which collection it lives in.

New Property Types

We’re adding support for URL properties with link previews, rating properties with star inputs, and location properties with map coordinates. Each type gets a dedicated editor and display format.

Bulk Editing

Select multiple items and update a property across all of them at once. Change the status of a shelf of books, reassign a box of items to a new location, or tag a batch of records with a single action.

Shortcuts and Automation

Siri Shortcuts actions for adding items, searching collections, and reading property values. Build automations that connect MDCollections to your other tools and workflows.

Community Templates

A library of collection templates contributed by users — book collections, wine cellars, tool inventories, recipe boxes, and more. Import a template and start cataloging immediately.
